12:00n – 3:00pm TOUR II – Earth-Kind®/WaterWise Demonstration Garden - Commissioner Dickey
8:30am – 5:00pm TOUR III – CANCELLED Dr. Steve George's Tour This seminar and tour is designed to provide the most current Earth-Kind ® information on environmental landscape design, soil management, and roses direct from the experts in the national Earth-Kind ® movement. The classroom portion will start promptly at 8:30 am on Thursday at the Omni Mandalay, then at 1:30 pm you will be bused to nearby Farmers Branch to visit two of the most exciting rose gardens in the state of Texas.
12:00n– 5:00pm TOUR IV – Irving, Coppell and Farmers Branch area Private Gardens, a Community Garden, a Demonstration Garden and a Garden Center . Non registered friends and family of conference rgistrants may participate in this tour. Tickets will be available for purchase near the registration table on April 8th.
11:00am– 5:00pm TOUR V – Texas Discovery Gardens, Rosine Smith Sammons Butterfly House and Insectarium and Lake Cliff Park Demonstration Garden
